Why am I having network connectivity issues?
There are a few things to check for in case you're seeing the network connectivity error on your ZenLocator dashboard:
Is your Internet connection working? Please check that you're able to access other websites
Do you get the same issue on any other browser? ZenLocator dashboard should work on any browser, but it's important to check that the issue is not isolated to a particular one
Do you have any browser plugins (or OS anti-virus software) that might be blocking some requests? If you do, try disabling them first
Are you using a proxy or connected to a network that might have access restrictions? A good way to check is to try accessing ZenLocator from a different network
