  • What is an app?

    An app is a simple way to organize your data โ€” each app comes with its own widgets (store locator map, product locator, etc) as well as data management and analytics. So if you have more than one website, you can create one app for each of your sites.

  • How does the free trial work?

    You can create a free account on ZenLocator without a credit card โ€” and it will only take a few minutes. There's absolutely no obligation to sign up and we will not spam you with emails.

    After you create an account, you have instant access to all of the features for two weeks. We recommend embedding the widgets on your site to see how your visitors like them. During this period if you're happy with the product, you can upgrade at any time by visiting your account's billing page.

  • What happens after the free trial expires?

    Nothing. If you need more time to evaluate the product, just let us know and we'll extend the trial!

  • Do I have to sign a long-term contract?

    No, our paid plans are on monthly or yearly schedules, and they can be canceled or upgraded/downgraded at any time for their respective invoice cycles. However, we do offer a nice discount if you decide to be billed annually.

  • Can I change my plan at anytime?

    Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time. If you change your plan in the middle of the billing cycle, your subscription will be prorated automatically.

  • Are there any map view limits?

    We do not set limits if you're using a 3rd-party maps provider with your own api keys โ€” this is between you and your maps provider!

    However, we do set a soft limit of 3,000 map views per app per day (which is a lot!) if you're using our maps that come with ZenLocator by default. If you cross that limit occasionally, nothing happens! But, if you consistently go past it, we will reach out to see how to resolve it.

  • Do you have a specific feature I'm looking for?

    Our dashboard has a lot of customization features. We do not list all of them on the homepage. The best way to see what we support is to sign up for a trial and experience the app yourself.
